Paul is a victim of loneliness in old age. His days are spent locked in his house pursuing petty activities; a life that isolates him from society. A guy delivers a pint of milk and a loaf of bread on a daily basis. This is Paul’s only contact with the outside world. Suddenly accident strikes and Paul’s life as he knows it changes. He starts reminiscing and wonders off, until an intruder guides him out of his misery. Paul’s stubborn nature that conflicts with the intruder’s urgency creates a true to life situation that probably most humans may or can encounter.
Gerontology is a term first used in 1908 by a Russian biologist, and is about all aspects of the ageing experience.
It is a study on the physical, mental and social changes in people as they age.
Old age is generally linked to loneliness, social isolation and family neglect. Studies confirm that this condition has increased due to family changes and a faster lifestyle particularly after the second world war.
2 roommates: Henri and Christine had a wager. If anyone loses they have to pass through a hair removal exercise.
Henri would have his hairy back waxed, and Christine opted for a Brazilian Bikini Wax.
We had to film whatever the outcome…
Luckily for Christine we ended up filming Henri feeling the pain..
However, the styling, grooming and elimination of male body hair, known in metrosexual, body building and male modeling community as Manscaping, is now a growing trend.
So for all those into the sadistic side of putting hot wax on people and ripping off chunks of hair… enjoy..
Well this is a 4 piece band from Malta, although only 2 appear in this video… We filmed this in a pub, which we hired for the shoot. It was shot in the summer of 2007 and back then they sang this track a million times… When I got down to edit this piece, the music was spewing from my ears was so sick of it by the end..
Since then, the band have been through a couple of line up changes, and now they are called “Airport Impressions”.
